BonsAI is priced by domain. Each governance domain you activate becomes a dedicated governed work environment — configured to your organisation’s policies, frameworks, and decision authorities for that area.

You can start with a single domain where governance misalignment is most costly. Add domains as you see the value from the first. There is no requirement to activate all twelve.

Each domain includes 4 specialised sub-domains, covering specific decision types within that governance area — 48 sub-domains in total across the full platform. Sub-domains are separately priced for organisations that join after the early adopter programme closes. Early adopters receive all 4 sub-domains included with every domain they activate.

BonsAI is in active deployment with its first enterprise clients. The early adopter programme is open to organisations that want to commit before the platform reaches general availability.

The organisations that commit now receive founding pricing — agreed before the platform reaches general availability — and that pricing is locked permanently. Early adopters are not subject to future price increases.

Every early adopter also receives all 4 sub-domains included with each governance domain they activate. Sub-domains are separately priced for organisations that join after the early adopter programme closes. The 48 sub-domains cover specific decision types within each governance area — early adopters receive full coverage as part of their founding commitment.

Onboarding for early adopter organisations is prioritised. Your first domain agent is active within 24 hours of the onboarding conversation.

How does pricing work?+
BonsAI is priced by governance domain, not by seat or user. The cost of your deployment depends on which domains you activate, which tier you choose (Standard or Premium), the scale of your organisation, and the level of support you need. There is no list price on this page because a number without that context would not be useful to you. Tell us your governance priorities and we will send a proposal within 24 hours. No RFP is required to start that conversation.
Is there a minimum commitment?+
Yes. BonsAI is not designed for short-term pilots. Governance agents build knowledge over time — the longer they run, the richer the reasoning they produce. Our minimum engagement is an annual commitment. We recommend starting with one domain for the first year, which gives you a meaningful evaluation period before deciding to expand.
How does the usage model work — is it consumption-based?+
BonsAI is not consumption-based. You are not charged per query, per document processed, or per governance decision made. Your cost is determined when you sign — by the domains you activate, the tier, and your organisation’s scale — and it does not change based on how heavily your teams use the platform.
Can we start with one domain and add more later?+
Yes. This is the recommended approach. Start with the governance area where misaligned decisions are most costly or most frequent. Expand when you have seen the value from the first domain. Adding a domain mid-contract is straightforward — it extends your annual commitment for that domain from the activation date.
Is there an implementation fee?+
There is no separate implementation fee. For organisations that need assistance with their first domain onboarding, we provide guided onboarding support as part of the initial setup.
What happens to our data if we stop using BonsAI?+
Your governance data belongs to you. On contract termination, you receive a full export of your governance knowledge, agent reasoning history, and audit trail in a standard format. Nothing is retained by BonsAI after the export is confirmed.
